By checking the Terms & Conditions box on the event registration form, you agree to the following:

1.  You agree to hold harmless the Flipperstock Organizing Committee, it's board members, volunteers, and all others associated either directly or indirectly with the production of Flipperstock 2012, from any and all liability for any action or circumstance resulting from or occurring during your attendance at Flipperstock 2012, including all "Special Events" associated with Flipperstock 2011.

2.  You agree to abide by all rules and policies set forth by the host hotel while on their premises.

3.  You further agree to follow the direction of any Flipperstock 2012 security volunteer as it pertains to your conduct throughout all aspects of Flipperstock 2012.
